Bookkeeping

  • VAT payer – basic rate 3 500,- CZK
    – includes the processing of 50 documents in the accounting journal (i.e. accounting of invoices issued and received, cash and bank documents – items, internal documents)
    – for each additional accounting document 30,- CZK
  • Non-payer of VAT – basic rate 3 000,- CZK
    – includes the processing of 50 documents in the accounting journal (i.e. accounting of invoices issued and received, cash and bank documents – items, internal documents)
    – for each additional accounting document 25,- CZK

Tax records

  • VAT payer – basic rate 3,000 CZK
    – includes processing of 50 documents in tax records (ie posting of invoices issued and received, cash and bank documents – items, internal documents) For each additional accounting document 25 CZK.
  • Non-payer of VAT – the basic rate of 2,500 CZK
    – includes the processing of 50 documents in the books of tax records (ie posting of invoices issued and received, cash and bank documents – items, internal documents) For each additional accounting document 20 CZK.
  • Tax return for personal income tax from 1,500 CZK
  • Tax return for corporate income tax from 2,000 CZK
  • Income tax settlement 500 CZK
  • VAT return from 500 CZK to 2,500 CZK
  • Inspection report from 500 CZK to CZK 2,500 CZK
  • Road tax (up to 3 cars) 500 CZK for each additional vehicle 100 CZK

Registry management

  • For taking over documents, sorting documents according to valid legislation, ensuring shredding of documents intended for shredding, storing documents, handing over archival materials to the state archive

  • Storage, gradual shredding and access to documents -1.50 CZK per day for 1 bm of stored documents
  • Price for sorting documents – per om. of documents (depends on the condition of documents before sorting) from 500 CZK to 1,000 CZK
  • Price of shredding – stored documents for bm documents 300 CZK
  • Price for transport – is determined by the current rate currently valid 800 CZK
  • Price for searching and removing documents from the archive – 10 CZK / pc
  • Price for copying A4 – 3,4 CZK
  • Price for scanning A4  – 2 CZK
  • Price for delivery – is determined according to the required method of delivery of documents 800 CZK
